研究方向:

1心肌病的致病机制研究

肥厚型心肌病(HCM)是严重危害人类健康的常见病,其发病率高,国际上现有人口的0.2%患有不同程度的心肌病。猝死是HCM死亡的最常见原因,约占50%HCM病变以心肌肥厚、心肌排列紊乱为特征。多数HCM的致病是由于编码心肌肌节组成成分的基因突变造成的,目前仍有30%HCM患者致病基因不明。本课题组采用多种模式动物,运用生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学等方法研究心肌病相关基因的功能及致病机制。
