The last practice went well, so we’ll have a little more variety today.
Warmup 10 x 50 (25 Freestyle + 25 K choice – but no kicking on your back) on 1’10″ Technique
2-3 minute break – visualize if you feel something odd about your stroke
12 x 25 – 4 times through of 25 Fly, 25 BR, 25 FR on 45″ – emphasis on Flow
2-3 minute break – visualize if you feel something odd about your stroke
3 sets of 8 x 50 Freestyle on 1′ with FAST underwater off walls, R-1′ between sets
